About Our

Editor-in- Chief

C.L. Braghin is a distinguished published poet and a dedicated graduate student at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, where she is working towards a Master’s degree in English with a concentration in creative writing. With a solid foundation in both Fine Arts and English, having earned a degree in each, Braghini brings a unique interdisciplinary perspective to her work.

Her deep-seated passion for storytelling extends beyond traditional narrative forms, embracing the dynamic interplay between text and visual art. This passion is the driving force behind her aspiration to publish a graphic memoir, blending her artistic talents with her literary skills. Braghini's work is characterized by a commitment to exploring complex themes and human experiences through innovative storytelling techniques.

As the Editor-in-Chief of The Meat Puppet, Braghini's vision is to create a vibrant and collaborative community of artists and writers. She is dedicated to fostering an environment where creative talents can converge, share ideas, and produce compelling, boundary-pushing works. Her leadership is not only about guiding content but also about inspiring others to push the limits of their creativity and storytelling potential.
